First a heads up, this is not a multiplayer game. The other players you encounter were created by other people but are controlled by bots.

This game is a pixel character creator done in flash where you should be able to upload your character when you're done. You can then walk around and check out the characters that other people have made. Oh, and you can jump on x and hit people using z, if you feel like a jerk.

The character list is located on my website so it might be down every now and then.
